How long until I receive my order?
Our processing and preparation time is 4 working days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 8 to 14 working days. 👉 So you can expect 12 to 18 days on average to receive your order at home.
Which shipping methods are available?
We offer several shipping methods — the most common is COLIS PRIVÉ, but depending on availability others such as Colissimo and Chronopost are used 🚚. In some cases, carriers like DHL or equivalents may also be used, especially for shipments to neighbouring countries such as Belgium, Switzerland, etc.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Contact us quickly — once it has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
How do I track my parcel once it ships?

Only non-personalised items or items with a defect can be returned.

You have 14 days after delivery to return a non-personalised item.

Are there fees to return an item?
In France, returns are free. For other countries, return costs may be at the customer’s expense.
How long does a return take to process?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in instalments?
