How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing and preparation time is 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 8 to 14 business days. 👉 So on average you can count on 12 to 18 days to receive your order at home.

What delivery options are available?

We offer several delivery options; the most common is COLIS PRIVÉ, but depending on availability others are used such as Colissimo and Chronopost 🚚. In some cases, other carriers like DHL or equivalents may also be used, especially for shipments to neighbouring countries such as Belgium, Switzerland, etc.

Can I change / modify my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us quickly, because once it has shipped we can no longer change the address.

How can I track my parcel once it has shipped?

What should I do if I don't receive my parcel on time?

Only non-personalised items or items with a defect can be returned.

What is the deadline for making a return?

You have 14 days after receipt to return a non-personalised item.

How do I make a return request?

Are there any fees for returning an item?

In France, returns are free. For other countries, return costs may be at the customer's expense.

How long does processing a return take?

Processing can take 5 to 10 days after we receive the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secure.

Is my payment secure?

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, payment in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments is available via certain payment methods. The option appears automatically at checkout if it's eligible.
