🔁 Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging.

⚠️ Personalised products (printing, special edition, etc.) and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged once your order has been dispatched, and a wrong size chosen by the customer does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.
